1. Applicability and scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as „GTC“) apply to all business relationships between EvolutionKey® Amanda Christine Trachsel (here inafter referred to as „EvolutionKey®“ us“ or „we“) and the customers (hereinafter re ferred to as „customer“, „buyer“ or „you“) for offers that are booked via our online platform.

Individual agreements concluded with the customer shall take precedence over these GTC. Any conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized.
EvolutionKey® reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. All changes become effective with the publication of the new GTC on the online platform. The relevant point in time for the applicability of the valid GTC is the date of submission of the bind ing order to us when purchasing a product.
Please read these T&Cs carefully before placing a binding order. By placing a binding order for our offers, you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as our privacy policy and declare that you are authorized to enter into legally binding con tracts and are at least 18 years of age.
2. Method of EvolutionKey®
EvolutionKey® offers different products. You can either complete an annual program, a training to become a certified EvolutionKey® Mentor or acquire the right to follow a success training for a certain period of time.
As a method, it is aimed at businesses, the self-employed and individuals and offers tools that can be used to get your life or business back into flow.
The EvolutionKey® method is therefore unique because it combines the following dif ferent points:
• Situation analysis: Together, a path is defined that quickly, effortlessly and safely frees the customer from his burden and from that which constricts him and makes him increasingly despondent.
• NamensKey® – adopt new mindset: This helps the client to connect with his higher SELF. This solution clearly and safely shows him the way into his full connectedness and power.
• Quantum Key® – awaken liberation power: This generates additional clarity and speed. It helps the customer to achieve unconscious competence faster.
• Herzkey Basis® – finding triggers and deficits: This helps the client discover, neutralize and anchor newness within. It enables the client to fulfill his longing in his heart. Frees him effortlessly and safely from his deficits.
• Transforming Childhood Injuries Momentum: The wonders of childhood de fined life. Here we find the origin of the client’s primal wounds and effortlessly dissolve them – so that he finds safety, protection and security within himself.
• Radical forgiveness: This forgiveness work provides the client with clarity and peace in difficult situations in a short time. It leads him to immediate transfor mation, an understanding view, peace and balance.
The scope of the individual tools, which work synergistically with each other and com plement each other, the method provides a clear solution to any challenges that arise. Efficiency, shortcuts and time savings in moving forward are guaranteed.
If someone follows a clear mission, the method supports the personal need to follow his call and to express his individuality and worldview and to be a living inspiration for others.
The method connects and enables to walk the golden path full of confidence, trust and joy.
3. Behavior
Clients treat each other with decency, respect, dignity and solidarity. Clients are aware that any professional and personal circumstances will be discussed and maintain ab solute confidentiality about these confidences. They commit themselves to discretion and respect the wish of other participants that their participation in the training is not mentioned to third parties.
Customers whose behavior massively disturbs or makes impossible the learning pro cess of the other participants can be excluded from the course. There is no right to a refund of the costs or a part thereof.
4. Registration
Registration for courses is binding and must be made in writing or electronically. After submitting the registration, the clients receive a service contract, in which the ex pected service is shown. With the registration the payment of the reservation payment according to the terms of payment is due, after payment of this a place is reserved for the client. In addition, by signing the contract, the client is obliged to pay the total cost of the course. Clients confirm with the registration that they are at least 18 years old.
5. Terms of payment
Payment must be made no later than 14 days before the start of the training. A reser vation payment is to be paid within 7 days after the conclusion of the service contract.
6. Prices
The prices include the amount for the training lessons at the courses/at the course, as well as the training documents. The exact scope of services is described in the respec tive service contract. Further costs such as travel expenses are to be borne by the cus tomer.
7. Participation and deregistration
Participation in the Certified EvolutionKey® Mentor training or annual program is man datory.
The following guidelines must be followed when signing out:
• The annual program can be deregistered semi-annually according to the re quirements detailed below.
• Cancellations made at least 6 weeks before the start of the training do not require any proof and are free of charge. The reservation payment already made will be refunded.
• Cancellations made between 6 and 4 weeks prior to the event will be subject to a fee of CHF 500.00.
• Cancellations made between 4 and 2 weeks before the event are subject to a fee of CHF 1’000.00.
• In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the course, the full costs of the respective semester are due.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to amanda.trachsel@evolutionkey.ch. Can cellations that are communicated otherwise cannot be considered.
8. Implementation
EvolutionKey® is entitled to postpone or cancel training sessions. If no date can be of fered within the next four months and in case of cancellation, the amount already paid will be refunded proportionally.
EvolutionKey® is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the event if at least 4 participants have not registered bindingly. In this case, customer payments will be refunded in full. Once running trainings, will be continued in case of cancellation of individual participants, provided that at least two people still participate.
If EvolutionKey® cannot influence the circumstances leading to the cancellation or postponement of the course (e.g. due to an environmental disaster or a virus), the claim for compensation will not apply and there will be no reduction in the price of the training or a short-term withdrawal free of charge.
Further or special claims of the participants against the organizer, such as claims for damages in case of changes of dates or cancellation of an entire course or parts thereof, are excluded.
9. Disclaimer
No success is guaranteed. This is the responsibility of the customer/participant.
10. Online access
From the time of completion of the respective module or completely from the end of the training, the customer is entitled to unlimited access to the online content (except for unforeseeable external events). If the training is discontinued, the claim to the en tire learning content in the online member area expires.
11. Procedure for purchase of a method
It is also possible to buy the right to follow a success training for a certain period of time and thereby gain access to the individual methods of EvolutionKey®. This access to the methods remains open and accessible at any time after the training.
The possibility to use the product does not guarantee that the customer’s goal achieve ment in connection with the digitally provided content. It is responsible for the success of the learning itself.
The set day of the week of the calls can change if necessary and the customer attends the calls on his own responsibility.
The right of withdrawal for this product expires as soon as the customer has opened access to the member area. The customer will be informed in detail and precisely about the content of the member area.
12. Privacy
EvolutionKey® collects and processes personal data only within the framework of the legal provisions, in particular in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. For more information on the processing of your personal data, your rights and related issues, please refer to our Privacy Policy at , which forms an integral part of these GTC.
Image material created during the training may be used by EvolutionKey® for advertis ing purposes, in particular it may be published in print products, on the website and in social media without prior consent of the customer. The customer may request the removal of image material from the website and social media.
13. Copyright
The information and content published on the website are protected by copyright and are the property of EvolutionKey® or the respective rights holder. The reproduction, editing, distribution or any other form of exploitation requires the prior written con sent of the respective rights holder. EvolutionKey® and the respective rights holder expressly reserve all rights in this respect.
14. Insurance
Within the framework of all training courses organized by EvolutionKey®, the conclu sion of insurance policies is the responsibility of the customer.
15. Severability clause
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Unless otherwise agreed, the invalid provision shall be deemed to be replaced by a valid provision that takes into account as far as possible the economic purpose of the provision and the intention of the parties at the time of the conclusion of the contract. The same applies to any gaps in these GTC.
16. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
These GTC, the contractual relations based thereon and any disputes shall be governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, excluding the conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction is Thun in the Canton of Bern.
